I fell in love with the seaside

On Saturday, I went on my first real roadtrip to Cap blanc nez and Cap griz nez in the north of France. For me is was the first time that I saw the famous chalk Cliffs. By this beautiful (but quite windy) weather , we could also see the English coastline; what a nice experience! As we were getting hungry we ate French fries at a 'Friterie', a stall on the road between the two caps. What a nice day!

The Kooks - Seaside

 

West coast is the Best Coast

 
Yesterday evening I went to the seaside with my boyfriend. I've just bought a car and it's only a 20 minutes ride from where I live. love to spent my evening over there: having a little picknick, strolling and laughing.
 
This weekend I'm at Cap griz nez and Cap blanc nez in France.
Looking forward, first big roadtrip coming up!

Waterloo Sunset Part 2.

The Next day we went to Covent garden. As you can see it's touristic but you have a nice atmosphere around with streets artists, lots of stalls and nice shops.

 

 

A little further you have Neal's yard. It's a lovely small passage:

In that area there is a Belgian restaurant called Belgo Centraal. I had a nice dish of Mussels and fries. It's hidden in the basement of this building but once your in, it takes a while you're out. The beercard is enormous, just like in Belgium.

After the nice dinner we went to the Thames and strolled around towards Saint Pauls.

We went to Soho to eat delicious Italian pizza. This restaurant was near Chinatown. We closed the night in Islington in the Junction. (Lovely cocktails over there!)
